Brit spies confirm Dalai Lama’s report of staged violence

London, March 20 - Britain’s GCHQ, the government communications agency that electronically monitors half the world from space, has confirmed the claim by the Dalai Lama that agents of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army, the PLA, posing as monks, triggered the riots that have left hundreds of Tibetans dead or injured.
GCHQ analysts believe the decision was deliberately calculated by the Beijing leadership to provide an excuse to stamp out the simmering unrest in the region, which is already attracting unwelcome world attention in the run-up to the Olympic Games this summer.
For weeks there has been growing resentment in Lhasa, Tibet’s capital, against minor actions taken by the Chinese authorities.
Increasingly, monks have led acts of civil disobedience, demanding the right to perform traditional incense burning rituals. With their demands go cries for the return of the Dalai Lama, the 14th to hold the high spiritual office.
Committed to teaching the tenets of his moral authority—peace and compassion—the Dalai Lama was 14 when the PLA invaded Tibet in 1950 and he was forced to flee to India from where he has run a relentless campaign against the harshness of Chinese rule.
But critics have objected to his attraction to film stars. Newspaper magnate Rupert Murdoch has called him: “A very political monk in Gucci shoes.”
Discovering that his supporters inside Tibet and China would become even more active in the months approaching the Olympic Games this summer, British intelligence officers in Beijing learned the ruling regime would seek an excuse to move and crush the present unrest.
That fear was publicly expressed by the Dalai Lama. GCHQ’s satellites, geo-positioned in space, were tasked to closely monitor the situation.
The doughnut-shaped complex, near Cheltenham racecourse, is set in the pleasant Cotswolds in the west of England. Seven thousand employees include the best electronic experts and analysts in the world. Between them they speak more than 150 languages. At their disposal are 10,000 computers, many of which have been specially built for their work.
The images they downloaded from the satellites provided confirmation the Chinese used agent provocateurs to start riots, which gave the PLA the excuse to move on Lhasa to kill and wound over the past week.
What the Beijing regime had not expected was how the riots would spread, not only across Tibet, but also to Sichuan, Quighai and Gansu provinces, turning a large area of western China into a battle zone.

Worldwide greed has allowed inexcusable concessions and privileges for China.
All the tainted products that have been discovered, the lack of consideration for the environment and the destruction of animal and plant species only add to the attitude of opposition to basic human rights and the demand that the world respect an elitist, despotic tyranny.
Why would anyone with any sense of humanity offer to China the sponsorship of the Olympics which is used by every single sponsor as a propaganda and money making opportunity almost exclusively, the games themselves being only a pretext for profiteering?
Personally, I couldn’t afford the time or expense of attending the Olympics when they were held in my own town and they were also used to corrupt ends then (Utah 2002) but I certainly support the idea of a boycott of China and think that a boycott is too mild a rebuke for the selfish behavior of the Chinese leadership and their near total disregard for the well being of all life on earth except their own.
The Chinese abuse of Tibet has been well publicized over the years and should have been resolved years ago (world greed got in the way of human rights I guess) but the abuse against Tibet is only a well known example of the general attitude of the Chinese leadership toward all people including their own population.
World governments that support human rights need to start all over with China and show a little backbone.
The rest of us I suppose can boycott and send written protests to our governments, the UN and China and otherwise show support for these inexcusable actions.
We shouldn’t be worrying over what brand shoes some church leader wears.
No one is killing the Dali Lama.

I love your blog but it scares me…and now I’m a single mom. I can’t read this stuff or I’ll just be overwhelmed. But thank you for putting it out there!
I’m glad you love the blog and invite you to move through any fear. My background is in psychology and the point of the blog is to wake people up and help them to connect the dots.
It’s always scary at first to learn that most of what you’ve been told your whole life has been a lie to keep you from seeing what’s really going on, but that’s just one step. If you feel overwhelmed take time to breathe, hang out in nature, be with your children or friends - whatever gives you love and support.
You (we all)are a very powerful person. Use what you learn to make yourself stronger. By not buying into the false “matrix” of the world we’re presented with it gives you an edge to create your world more positively and powerfully. Thanks for reading and commenting!
