Indefinite Detention of Americans Officially Banned In California – | Intellihub News

CALIFORNIA (INTELLIHUB) — Governor Jerry Brown recently signed into law a Bill AB351, essentially banning the indefinite detainment of people under the NDAA.

Not only does it ban indefinite detention under the NDAA, but any other law in the future that may grant the US military the right to imprison anyone without trial for any reason.

Like laws that were formed to prevent the DHS from purchasing 1.8 billion hollow points, finally there is some tangible opposition in government to this tyranny.

Of course, who knows what reason this was passed for, or why it fit into Jerry Brown’s political agenda.

Nevertheless, this is a victory for liberty.
