Here is an interesting article…the first paragraph states that rockets were found but apparently it is unknown whether the rockets were ready for firing…ahem, it also does not state who put the rockets there…like, perhaps, IDF folks looking for an excuse to invade Lebanon again.
Note also the final paragraph which says the timers were set [...]
